Before first use, press the button at the bottom of the pen until the gel reaches the tip. Dry your teeth, smile, and apply a thin layer of gel on them. Wait 30 seconds before closing your mouth. Avoid eating and drinking for 10-30 minutes after application. Use the PAP+ pen as needed.
